To reach these goals, you need to have:
3+ years of professional experience as a JS Developer (Frontend, Backend);
the ability to design the architecture of new projects, engaging in decision-making, willingness to take decisions and a responsible approach towards them;
previous experience of chatbot development, being passionate about chatbots, and having an understanding of messenger capabilities;
understanding how to make accurate estimates in hours, and how to measure the "validity" of such estimates;
engaging with teams to improve the overall quality of engineering in the company, to set corporate standards and to implement new techniques and technologies;
leadership and organisational skills, ambition, and having a life goal;
an understanding and desire to develop your product.
Production experience with JS
Our stack includes Node.js, Vue.js, Express Js, async/sync, sockets, npm, Redis;
Good understanding of REST, MVC, OOP, Design Patterns, MySQL/MariaDB/Postgresql, GIT, Gitlab, Docker;
Working with high-load systems, queues, integration projects;
Some of our projects run on AWS, and some use other systems;
Experience in maintaining project documentation.
It will be a plus:
Experience with DialogFlow, Speech-to-text/Text-to-speech systems, NLP (Natural Language Processing);
Understanding of ML.
In our team, you'll be:
Developing the core functionality (kernel and key modules) of the product;
Taking part in the pre-sale preparation of bot projects using the in-house platform (technical consultancy, preparation of TOR, selection of the best implementation);
Planning and compiling the project architecture;
Doing the code review, mentoring;
Responsible for the product quality (keeping the functionality in line with the product, controlling the availability of documents);
Managing the in-house project development team.
